Costa Mesa
This is a city where independents are genuinely good at brand. The LAB has been the home of small, particular businesses since 1993 — it literally stands for Little American Business. The CAMP, the SoBeCa district, Triangle Square, the brewery scene: these are operators who have thought hard about what they look like and who they are for.
Then you look them up on a phone and get a slow page with a stock photo on it. That gap is the whole problem, and it is the specific problem we fix here.

In a lot of places, a tidy website is enough to stand out. Not on Bristol Street. Your customer has just walked past a dozen businesses with strong, deliberate identities, and they judge your website against that — not against your competitors' websites.
It cuts both ways. If you have already done the hard part of building a brand people recognise, the website is a translation job rather than an invention one. That is a much better starting point than most.
What we'd do
The work does not change by city. What changes is which part matters most, and here it is usually the first one.

Consistency, mostly. Plenty of businesses here post well and then stop for four months, which reads worse than never starting.
Tight radius targeting. Costa Mesa, Newport, Huntington Beach — not "Southern California", which is how budgets disappear.
Straight answer
We have not done a Costa Mesa project yet — Shift & Shine is taking on its first clients, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise. There are founding-client spots open at a reduced rate.
