CRM · Run
Every enquiry in one place, and nobody forgets to call back.
CRM stands for customer relationship manager. In plain terms, it's the one place every enquiry, customer, follow-up and invoice lives, instead of a spreadsheet, a notebook and somebody's inbox. We build yours into your own app, set up around how your business actually sells.
What it does
The jobs that slip when everyone's busy.
Every enquiry, in one list
Website forms, bookings and ad lead forms land in the same list, each marked with where it came from.
An automatic first reply
Every new enquiry gets an email straight away, written in your voice, so nobody is left wondering whether you got it.
Follow-ups that don't slip
Stages that match how you actually sell, and a reminder when an enquiry has waited too long for a reply.
Campaigns, scheduled ahead
Write an email or a promotion to your customer list once, pick the day, and let it send. Unsubscribes are handled for you.
Staff and admin logins
Staff work enquiries and customers. Admins also manage people, pricing and exports. What staff can't reach is blocked by the system, not just hidden from view.
Invoices and a monthly summary
Invoices your customers pay through Stripe, and a monthly view of new enquiries, reply times and where customers came from.
How it's different
Built into your app. Not rented by the seat.
Most off-the-shelf CRMs charge for every user, every month, and ask your business to fit their screens. Ours starts from a core we maintain, is shaped around how you work, and sits inside the app your team already uses.
See bundles and pricing- We run our own business on it. The enquiries, clients, tasks, onboarding and invoices behind this website live in a CRM we built. Try it with sample data.
- Built for you means yours. Anything made only for your business belongs to you. The shared core is licensed to you, which is what keeps the price down.
- Your data leaves when you do. Every contact, enquiry and invoice can be exported whenever you ask, whether or not you're still a client.
- Your customers' details stay yours. We use them only to run your CRM. Never sold, never used for our own marketing.
- Help without handing over passwords. With your permission our team can sign in to fix problems, and you can remove that access at any time.
Questions
The things people ask first.
What is a CRM, in plain terms?
A shared list of everyone who has ever contacted your business: what they asked for, what happened next, and what they've paid. If today that lives in your inbox, a spreadsheet and your memory, a CRM is where it goes instead.
Does my business need one?
If enquiries ever go unanswered, or you can't say where last month's customers came from, yes. If you get a handful of enquiries a month and answer each one the same day, probably not yet, and we'll tell you so.
Can my team use it from their phones?
Yes. It's part of a web app, so it works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You take all of it. Every contact, enquiry and invoice can be exported, and we'll hand it over on request.
